Procedure for Grading Permit Submittals and Revisions:

SubmittalsDelta Revisions
To submit a grading permit application, email the following to 
pwpermits@lagunahillsca.gov:
  • Grading Plan Set
    • Must be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer.
  • Geotechnical/Soils Report
  • Hydrology Study
  • WQMP (if applicable)
  • Completed Grading Permit Application Form
To submit revisions, email the following to pwpermits@lagunahillsca.gov:
  • Only revised sheets (consolidated in 1 pdf file)
  • All changes must be clouded
