Claim for Damages to Persons or Property

In accordance with City Council Resolution No. 2025-01-28-1 and California Government Code Sections 915, 915.2, and 915.4, the City of Laguna Hills now accepts government claims electronically.

During the process, you will be asked to specify whether you prefer to receive correspondence regarding your claim via email or regular mail.

If you prefer not to submit your claim electronically, you may click here to download a claim form. 
Please complete, sign, and submit the form in person or by mail to the City of Laguna Hills. 

Once your claim is submitted, it will be forwarded to the City’s Claims Administrator for review. A Claims Examiner will reach out to you with an introductory correspondence to your specified preferred method of contact.
