Laguna Hills Community Center Rentals

The Laguna Hills Community Center is the focal point of the City's recreational, leisure, and cultural interests. The 43,000 square foot building includes a gymnasium, fossil exhibit, Rotating Art Gallery, and Technology Branch of the Orange County Public Library. The center also provides a large banquet facility referred to as the "Heritage Room", a full-functioning catering kitchen, 2 classroom facilities, an art room, and a physical activity room.

  1. Click on the “Reservation Calendar” link below and select the “Facility Rental Tab.”
  2. Browse for the facility/amenity you are interested in and select it.
  3. If the date is gray that means it is unavailable, if it is yellow, there is partial availability, if it is green, there is full availability.

Facilities

Heritage Room

The heritage room is a large banquet room, seating approximately 500 people theater style and 300 for dining. The Heritage Room also features a large outdoor patio, stage, and adjacent kitchen. The room can be divided into 3 smaller rooms, each holding 80 people comfortably for dining and 125 for theater style. Heritage Room rental includes tables and chairs. A dance floor, AV system, and podium are also available at an additional charge.

Art Room

The art room is a small meeting room that can accommodate up to 25 people. The room is adjacent to a large patio, and also includes counter-tops and 1 sink. Rental includes tables and chairs.

Classroom

The large classroom will accommodate up to 56 people. There is a small kitchen located in the classroom, which is also available to rent. The room is adjacent to a large patio. Also included in the room are 2 sinks and countertops, as well as 2 built-in screens. Rental includes tables and chairs.

Gymnasium

The gymnasium is a 13,000 square foot gym, accommodating both volleyball and basketball. The gym includes retractable bleachers, along with 2 electronic scoreboards. A retractable wall may be used to divide the full gymnasium into 2 individual courts. The entire gym may be rented or each individual court may be rented separately.

Picnic Shelters

 The picnic shelter area consists of 6 tables that can accommodate approximately 15 people per table. The shelter is adjacent to the playground and restroom facilities. There are 5 BBQ grills, limited power is available. 

Physical Activity Room

The physical activity room is a dance/fitness room that will accommodate up to 40 people. The room includes a stereo system, large full length mirrors, and adequate lighting and air conditioning.

Sports Facilities

The Sports Complex hosts two soccer fields, a softball field, a little field, a skate park, and a roller hockey rink/pickleball courts.
