    Re-roof permit applicant must submit a complete and signed Construction and Demolition (C&D) Waste Reduction and Recycling Plan. Click here to download the C&D form.

    HVAC permit applicants must submit a complete and signed Certificate of Compliance (CF1R) form to demonstrate the project design and equipment are compliant with the Energy Code at time of permit application.

    Panel/meter upgrade project applicants must submit a picture of Southern California Edison's (SCE) Meter Spot or a copy of San Diego Gas & Electric 's (SDG&E) Work Order.

    If applicant is an authorized agent, a letter of authorization must be submitted at the time of application. The letter of authorization must be on company letterhead, signed and notarized.

42. Structural Calculations (*Required for Tile Re-Roof Projects)

    Tile re-roof project applicants must submit structural calculations if the weight of roofing materials exceeds 5.9 lbs per square feet.
